Todd Monson

With a background in drafting and architecture, Todd brings 40 years of construction experience to his role as Superintendent at KMS Construction. His responsibilities include managing project sites, establishing and monitoring quality control and safety programs, and training personnel. Todd provides guidance and direction to his team and subcontractors, manages construction budgets, reviews shop drawings and communicates with all team members. He is dedicated to providing clear communication and professional workmanship with his customers.
