While our home was being built, Kenny would call us in CA to give us the opportunity to fly out to FFG to observe the outcome of the house for any changes.  Kenny and his qualified crew were cheerful and helpful with our concerns.  No problem when we changed our minds on certain things and NO HIDDEN CHARGES, everything up front.
