Thank you for your interest in the 1st annual Haunted Hidden
Hollow Craft Show scheduled for October, 2011 in Crossville, TN.
To Enter: Each applicant must sign an application, pay
booth fee, submit an image for the product.
The image must be fully representative of the work you will sell at the
Craft Show.
This is an alcohol‐smoke free event. NO PETS ALLOWED! Vendor Booth Spots are selected first come,
first pick. Craft vendors may not sell
any type of food or beverage, prepackaged or otherwise, (i.e. candy, sodas,
etcetera) No vendor may sell streamer
poppers, snaps, silly string, stink bombs or fireworks. No vendor may sell guns, knives or items
considered weapons. No disruptive items
may be sold. No soliciting to other
vendors, approaching patrons, or distribution of advertising for anything other
than what you are selling in your spot.
Taxes: It is the sole responsibility of the vendors to abide
by all TN state sales and use tax regulations.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting all sales tax.
ONE VENDOR PER BOOTH SPACE.
You can have all your crafts in one booth but they have to be made by
you. If you have someone else other than
emmeditate family that wants to put their craft in your booth, they will need
to pay for their own booth space. Each
vendor will get a 12 x 12 ft space or request a larger space. All work and displays must stay within
designated spot. No boxes, extra
merchandise or debris should be visible.
Spaces are to be kept neat & clean and aisles left open. Booth Space area must be kept clean
throughout the event and be left spotless afterwards. Trash must be removed from your space when
you leave. You will be responsible for
keeping your space litter free and organized.
Nothing left on your space before.
If you do not, you may not be invited each year.
Each individual
vendor, and/or any of their family members/assistants is responsible for being
familiar with these regulations for which no exceptions will be made,
regardless of the person's knowledge of said rules.
All vendors must supply their own booth structures : canopies, tents, tables, chairs, and
equipment. Power must be pre-arranged with Haunted Hidden Hollow organizers.
Vendors are required to bring their own extension cords to reach the electrical
panels. Vendors are responsible for
setting up and removing their own equipment and trash.
No refunds will be given if you cancel or do not show
up. We will credit you if we cancel, due
to bad weather/ other circumstances.
Agreement: Applying
to participate as a vendor; I understand and agree with the rules, and I will
follow the rules and regulations. By
signing this application form, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules
and regulations set forth by the Haunted Hidden Hollow Craft Show, Crossville
TN. Haunted Hidden Hollow Craft Show reserves the right to change any of the
rules. Furthermore, I also certify that I will not hold the Haunted Hidden
Hollow responsible for any person or property damage caused to person or
objects due to my participation in this event.
You will exhibit all work at your own risk and should carry appropriate
insurance. The Haunted Hidden Hollow
Craft Show will not be held responsible for damage, theft, or loss of your work
or that of any other craft vendor.
All items must be
handmade. I understand that if my
merchandise is not hand-made I need to call the contact listed, 931-788-1731,
to obtain additional guidelines which may apply to me. If I do not adhere to
all regulations or if I misrepresent myself or my items I am sellings I will be
asked to leave with no refund. I agree to indemnify and hold any and all
affiliates of Haunted Hidden Hollow, Crossville TN and this promoter harmless
from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by myself
or any third party due to or arising from registering for this show,
participating in this craft fair or violating any rights of another party. I
understand and agree that neither Haunted Hidden Hollow, Crossville TN, nor
Haunted Hidden Hollow, Crossville TN, Management is liable for any loss of my
items which may occurr at the craft fair, at any time during my absence or
presence.
*Registration:
I understand and agree with the rules. I understand and
agree that my registration is complete upon signing this registration form and
upon paying the appropriate registration fees.
